• Advised a leading Pakistani business conglomerate on its joint venture with KIA Motor Company in connection with its entry into the Pakistan automobile sector in respect of production and assembly of vehciles in Pakistan

• Advised Askari Bank Limited on the potential acquisition of Samba Bank Limited (a majority owned subsidiary of Samba Financial Group of Saudi Arabia)
• Advised the Government of Pakistan on the proposed privatization of a local bank in Pakistan 
• Advised Cherat Cement Company Limited in respect of the acquisition of certain assets and mining licenses from a prominent local business conglomerate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 
• Advised a leading UK based development finance institution in respect of its acquisition of a stake in a local renewable energy company 
• Advised a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive lamps on the purchase of an equity stake in the company by leading South East Asian manufacturer, importer and distributor of automotive light bulbs and lighting equipment

• Advised and represented a market leading online food and grocery delivery platform before the Competition Commission of Pakistan in connection with various enquiry proceedings under the competition laws 
• Advised and assisted a number of clients in various industries in applying for and securing pre-merger approvals for mergers and acquisitions falling within the purview of the anti-trust laws 
• Advised and assisted a number of clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device, food and beverage, manufacturing, and automotive sectors in applying for and securing exemptions from the Competition Commission of Pakistan in respect of agreements containing matters prohibited by the anti-trust laws; including renewals of such exemptions from time to time
