• Heads and handles various Intellectual Property portfolios of international clients and advises on the protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights 
• Advised clients on contentious trademarks and copyrights matters including with respect to infringements, passing off action, unfair competition, brand adoption/protection, rectification, conflict and misleading advertisement
• Preparing, filing and pursuing Intellectual Property court actions for infringement, passing off and unfair competition involving well-known trademarks of international brands engaged in clothing, oil and gas and pharmaceutical products, and obtaining injunctions against the infringers
• Advising on trademark and copyright application filing and their requirements and flagging potential conflict issues and strategies to maximise Intellectual Property protection 
• Advising on the registration, renewal, transfer of domain name and conflicts
• Advising on enforcement actions before Customs Authorities, procedure and requirements on import and export of infringing products/counterfeit copies of Intellectual Property complaints before the Competition Commission of Pakistan 
• Advising on Intellectual Property contracts including registered user agreements, recordals of registered user, software license agreement, and undertakings

Anti-trust
• Advised on mergers, acquisitions, contracts, employment, and joint ventures. 
• Assisted senior counsel in complex matters involving severance claims, Monopoly Control Authority penalty issue (now known Competition Commission) in tribunals and courts including the High Courts of Pakistan 
• Advised on the merger of Pharmacia Pakistan (Private) Limited and Parke, Davis & Company Limited
