Muhammad Rehan is part of the Dispute Resolution team and appears regularly before the High Court, District and Special Courts, Banking Courts, Labour Courts, the National Industrial Relations Commission, and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. 



Dispute Resolution 
• Represented major banks before the Banking Courts for a variety of recovery matters pursuant to both Islamic and Conventional facilities 
• Represented major companies in Pakistan with respect to their labour disputes before the National Industrial Relations Commission
• Represented a government official in transfer and posting disputes before the Sindh Service Tribunal 
• Represented clients before the National Accountability Bureau Tribunal
• Represented a client before the Commissioner Inland Revenue with respect to a tax matter
• Represented companies before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan with respect to compliance matters

 

Real Estate
• Represented transferors and transferees in various real-estate transactions, which included the drafting of sale agreements, sale deeds, declarations of oral gifts, and gift deeds, and the registration process 
• Advised the owners of land on estate planning matters 
• Advised parties on various lease and license agreements

• Organised and participated in multiple Moot Court sessions at Hamdard University
• Organised and participated in the International Conference on Criminal Justice System at Karachi
• Attended the International Conference on Menus of Corruption organised by the Legal Aid Office, Karachi
• Managed and worked as a volunteer, and participated and supported in the International Conference on Combating Terrorism through Law, organised by the High Court of Sindh
