Mr. Mohammad Naim ur Rahman completed his primary and secondary education in Pakistan before pursuing further studies at University College London. He obtained his law degree and was admitted to the Bar from the Inner Temple in 1961. Mr. Rahman began his legal career in Karachi and later became an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 1971, after working at his family firm.
In 1971, Mr. Rahman took on the role of Legal Advisor to a multinational oil company based in Pakistan. He returned to full-time practice in 1973, focusing on the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. In recognition of his legal acumen, he was appointed as Standing Counsel to the Federation of Pakistan in 1990 and served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Federation of Pakistan from 1996 to 2000.
With an impressive career spanning over 55 years, Mr. Rahman continues to represent clients before the High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan. He joined our firm as a Consultant in July 2015, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to our team.
