Minhaj is dual qualified as an Advocate of the District Courts of Karachi, Pakistan with Masters in Applied Chemistry with specialization in Textile Technology. Minhaj started his career at the Firm in 2011 and deals with the matters at the Pakistan Patent & Design Office including Searches, Filing of New Applications, Examinations and Responses, Oppositions, Restoration, Assignments and Amendments. Minhaj also advises on Chemical, Mechanical, Pharmaceutical Patents and Designs in Pakistan.
• Provided awareness and concluded filings of Patent and Design Applications with the Intellectual Property Office
• Filed overseas applications secure the registration of inventions
• Drafted, reviewed and advised on the amendments to the Patents Ordinance 2000 in accordance with the present practice of Patent and Design Office
