Fehem Ahson Hashmi is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and advises on corporate, commercial and dispute resolution matters.
 
Fehem started his career at Vellani & Vellani and has also practiced in the Middle East with prestigious global law firms, namely, Baker & McKenzie and Clifford Chance Law Firm, at their Riyadh offices where he advised a number of important global institutional clients on major cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and on dispute resolution matters. He returned to Pakistan in 2017 to take up a partnership with Vellani & Vellani and advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, foreign direct investment, anti-trust, general commercial contracts and dispute resolution matters.
 
He advises on cross-border M&A, with particular focus on the tech space, oil & gas and manufacturing, and advises on the restructuring of large businesses and real estate holdings, including through Court sanctioned schemes.
