Mohammad Abdur Rahman is a partner and who heads the litigation department of Vellani & Vellani. He completed his LL.B from the University of Sussex at Brighton in 1999 and was called to the Bar from Inner Temple in 2000.
He originally joined Vellani & Vellani as an associate for a period of one and half years in 2001 whereafter he left to join his family firm M. Naim ur Rahman and Associates. On the merger of the firm of M. Naim ur Rahman and Associates with Vellani & Vellani on 1 July 2015 he rejoined as partner.
With over 20 years of experience, Abdur Rahman is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Over this period he has litigated in nearly all areas of law. He is regularly appointed an Amicus Curaie by the High Court and has also been appointed in such a capacity by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
