Srraa Tahir Advocate

Srraa completed her LLB from University of London (External Programme) in 2016. Since then, Srraa has worked at various law centers and advice agencies in London and at Orr, Dignam & Co. in Islamabad. She has worked extensively on matters pertaining to corporate and commercial transactions, oil and gas, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, labour and employment law, project finance, restructuring, and has advised a range of local and international clients in various fields and sectors including energy and power, pharmaceuticals, non-profit and media. She has also assisted in negotiations and preparation of various agreements in relation to trans-national pipeline projects involving multiple countries.

Srraa joined Vellani & Vellani in 2020 after having completed her Masters with Distinction in Comparative Commercial Law from BPP University College, London, United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in project finance transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

  4. Advising the Project Company on the setting up, construction, financing and operation of a 100MW solar power project in Punjab;
  5. Advising the Project Company on the setting up, construction, financing and operation of a 50MW solar power project in Sindh;
  6. Advising the Project Company on the setting up, construction, financing and operation of a 50MW solar power project in Sindh;
