Rohma is an Advocate of the High Courts. She completed her BA-LLB from
the Lahore University of Management Sciences and graduated on the Dean’s Honor
List. After graduating, she worked as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of
Pakistan for Justice (R) Amir Hani Muslim and assisted the Hon’ble Judge on
various matters including the constitutional petitions challenging the 19th
and 21st amendments to the Constitution and the judicial commission
on the General Elections, 2015.
In 2019, Rohma graduated with an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law
from the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevening
Scholar. Upon her return, she worked as a consultant at the Ministry of Human
Rights on behalf of UNWomen.
Rohma joined Vellani and Vellani in 2020 and has extensive experience
in project finance transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors,
mergers and acquisitions, litigation matters and construction arbitration
disputes.
