Mr. Khawja Mansoor is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and has more than 50 years of experience as an advocate. Mr. Mansoor joined the firm in 1975 and since then has specialized in Intellectual Property matters such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets etc. including preparation and processing of applications, oppositions, rectifications, infringements, passing off and other all related issues, research and opinions thereon. In civil litigation matters including those relating to Civil Damages, Intellectual Property, real estate, Contracts, Banking, Family laws and Corporate matters, he represents clients before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, the District Courts of Karachi, Rawalpindi, Multan, Lahore, Peshawar and Islamabad.
In addition to his legal practice, he was elected as a member of the managing committee of District Bar Association Dacca, East Pakistan in the year 1969. Thereafter Mr. Mansoor migrated to Pakistan. Mr. Mansoor was elected as (Honorary) General Secretary Co-operative Housing Society District Bar Association Karachi in the year 1987 to 1988. He was also elected for the first time as a member of the Sindh Bar Council in the year 1994 for a term of five years. In the year 1999 for the second time he was elected member Sindh Bar Council for a term of five years. From the period between 1999 and 2000, Mr. Mansoor also served as the Vice Chairman of Sindh Bar Council. Once again in the year 2002, Mr. Mansoor was elected as a member of Sindh Bar Council for the third term for a period of five years. During this tenure of his membership he was elected the Chairman Executive Committee Sindh Bar Council for a period of one year, that is, from 2006 to 2007. In the years 2008 and 2009 he was elected as the member Managing Committee and also served as the Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan. In addition to above, Mr. Mansoor also served as the Chairman of Pakistan Intellectual Property Rights Association from 1998 to 2014. During this period, he was also nominated as a member of the Policy Board of Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan.
