Mr. Anwer Ghani is a science graduate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Karachi. He joined the firm in 1969 and worked closely with the late senior partner of the firm, F .W. Vellani. He is responsible for providing advice to clients' on matters relating to patent, design and Registered Layout-designs of integrated circuits and other related matters. He handles patent/design procurement, advises clients' regarding Examination Reports, drafting of claims, general correspondence, assignments, oppositions, infringement and attending hearings before the Controller of Patents. Mr. Ghani is a member of The Pakistan Industrial & Intellectual Property Rights (PIPRA) and a member of International Trademarks Association (INTA) (based on firm's membership).
