Sahar Husain Advocate

Sahar is an Associate working in the Islamabad office, primarily involved in matters relating to corporate and commercial law including being involved in and advising local and international clients in matters relating to the setting up of and incorporation of private companies, not for profit organizations, branch and liaison officers, mergers and acquisitions, anti-trust, corporate governance, project financing and due diligence exercises in various sectors including minerals, private equity and retail.
